Woman Sexually Assaults HER Son On Video - Man Forwards The Video - HE Is Arrested

A Bell County man pleaded guilty Thursday in a Waco courtroom to sending child pornography over the Internet in an apparent attempt to get revenge on a girlfriend who jilted him.

Antonio Perez III, of Harker Heights, pleaded guilty to one charge of transporting child pornography during an afternoon hearing before U.S. District Judge Walter S. Smith Jr.

Perez, 21, was arrested after officers acting on a tip received by Los Angeles police searched his home and found computer equipment with images of a 2-year-old child being sexually assaulted by his mother.

Perez could face between five and 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and as much as five years probation when Smith sentences him Dec. 20.

According to court testimony Thursday, a California woman who used to live with Perez in Texas sent him an online video earlier this year showing her performing sex acts on her son.

Perez, angry with the woman, forwarded the video to a 15-year-old female relative of the woman, federal prosecutors testified. That relative contacted California authorities.

When authorities searched his home, Perez told them he sent the video to get the woman in trouble because he was mad she moved out, prosecutors said.

Perez also told investigators the woman engaged in sex acts with the child when she was living with him. It was unclear Thursday whether the unnamed woman faced charges in the case.

Perez’s attorney, Denton Bryan Lessman, of Waco, declined to comment about the case.

First, for sending the video, second, for sending the video to a minor. If he wanted revenge, he should have showed it to authorities and gotten the woman arrested. She seriously needs to go to jail.

I would also wonder if he was the one who took the video.

People are sick. No one looked out for the son. I feel bad for the kid.

Maybe it was a lone bad decision, but it all started with him not reporting it to the police to begin with. Then, because he was mad at her for leaving him, he forwarded child porn to a child. First off, he knew this shit was going on and didn't stand up for the kid. Then, he embarrassed the kid further by sending the porn over the internet, to another kid. This guy is an enabling jackass.

The man is an idiot for not taking the video to the police. Anyone who thinks it's ok to send kiddie porn to anyone, ESPECIALLY to a minor, deserves to be arrested.

because it 'appears' he had these tapes and had knowledge of what that bitch was doing, but only turned it in when he was pissed at her.

If that is the case, he deserves to be arrested because he allowed it to continue and had possession of the tapes.
