Read for 30 minutes, then take a break for 15 minutes. Sometimes it's easier to get things done when you know you've got a little breather coming up.

Me? My motivation to lift weights will be about the time of day I start to think a beer would taste good. I won't allow myself to have one until my workout is done. :)

I worked at the gym daycare this morning and brought my kids with me. It was unusually busy for a Saturday, so I was kept hopping. We stopped at the gas station and the grocery store afterward, and I didn't get around to having lunch until 2:00. I've got a couple loads of laundry going, the kids are engrossed in an art project, and I have to get a workout in.
