So technically, it's a commercial product and they probably know better than not pasteurizing their eggs :D. I've had several cookies of theirs (in both states), and the only time I felt queasy is after eating 5 (baked) cookies in about 15 minutes. My pancreas was doing backflips after that - damn fine cookies, though. :D

No eggs, no worries. There's a rawkin recipe for chocolate chip cookie bars in How it All Vegan! and the raw dough is pretty good, too.
