Current insane drink: The Annihilator (so dubbed by the s.o., a lightweight when it comes to booze)

1 Smirnoff Ice
2 shots of vodka, preferably Polar Ice (Canadian vodka specifically calibrated to live in the freezer, eh.)
Top off with raspberry lemonade if there'z space left in the glass.

Fruit punch can be substituted for the lemonade.

Lather, rinse, repeat. :P

3. Back when I was at university

my favourite drink for getting wasted in the shortest time possible was the "Blastaway." This was a Castaway and a Diamond White poured together into a pint glass. The resulting drink tasted like fizzy orange squash, so you could down it very quickly. Two of those cost a bit - nearly ten quid - but you could neck them and you'd be wasted within ten minutes.
