Finally! They're playing my Steely Dan block!
YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!

I love you, Frank 107.5 FM!

This weekend is a "custom block weekend," where you can request four songs from your favorite artist to be played. I've been listening since 3 PM on Friday for this. FINALLY!

:loveya:

1. Is Frank FM like Bob FM?
Where they have these incredibly stupid bumpers like "Bob/Frank has a huge record collection, and he likes to share."? Dumbest marketing campaign ever.

8. The call letters are WFNK, which is where the name comes from.
They do say things like "Frank's digging into his A to Z record collection," which is pretty dumbass. But there are real live DJs, which I much prefer to the robotic meandering nonsense of (I believe) Bob. I can stand DJ chatter if it means I know there's a real human doing *something* on the other "end" of the radio.

7. Duh. That's like Steely Dan 101.
We 'Danfans know far more trivial things than that.

5. "Hey 19," "My Old School," "Kid Charlemagne," "Deacon Blues."
Tried to mix the fairly common and the fairly obscure. :D

6. I love SD, though I only have 3 of their albums.
I've listened to so many of their songs, though, on Pandora.
