1. Try aerobic exercising. |

The dopamine, or something like that, will bring you happiness.
Edit: Not dopamine! Damn I can't think of the word for that chemical.
Edit: OH yea, I remembered. Endorphins. :)

go to bed.
And giggle.
Or cry.
And wake up to a different day.

2. So sorry. What're you anxious about? |
|
Maybe try some good music and/or food and/or drink? Or just a laugh here on DU? Youtube up some great old videos? Execute random Google searches? Curl up with a pet and/or child and/or SO?
General hedonism seems to relax me, anyhow...
:)

General hedonism works for me too. Thanks.
Think I will groom my dog a little.
I'm axious about money
and
paying for moving my stuff to my new place
getting it out of my friend's
and from storage
and
being able to stay where I am
and not be homeless
and
having left my husband
whether
not returning
is what I need to do
and
whether
Parkinson's is getting my brain
and
I can't find
Jitterbug's post about 180.
Well now, I do feel somewhat better for this post.

Well, I've just been told that I can't comment on that which I don't know (long story :eyes:), and relationships and money problems certainly have not yet been mine, but empathy is for all humans, regardless of age and experience.
I'm sorry to hear things are shaken with you. They seem to be tossed and hectic with us all. May you find strength, if nothing else, from the everyday world. I wish you could be here in Maine--the understated New England strength of even the dying grass will give hope and peace to anyone willing to have it, and the ocean, as change, washes away all pain with time.

10. So it is true. . . 180 is gone. |

I had not been on DU in a while, and when I saw Jack Rabbit he told me of Jitterbug's post. Dear Ed. I loved him too Jitterbug, although I did not know him as well as you. Somehow I found in him a kindred spirit. Encouraged by his survival. Saddened by his death. I have one or two of his publications -- or maybe I left them with Jack. They are a treasure.
Thank you undisclosedlocation.

9. Well, the full moon isn't helping any. I've run into all sorts of |

jittery people today...
As for all those problems... :grouphug:
A cyberhug is better than no hug at all, right? Things will get better soon, just take one thing at a time.

Cyberhugs are good any time. Things got better when I woke up the next day.

5. get some "Rescue Remedy" |
|
do a "search" on it. It really helps when you get your freak on. you can get it online. it's natural, and it calls upon your inner where-with-all.

It has a weird shake in the front end and I haven't had a chance to take it to the shop yet. I could probably come visit next month when school lets out.
