30. You think YOU'RE OLD... check this out...
ABC Movie of the Week: absolutely GENIUS TV cinema, long before the TV-movie became melodramatic ripped-from-the-headlines nonsense, anyone remember?

Anyway, one really memorable offering was a dark comedy called "It Couldn't Have Happened To A Nicer Guy," starring Paul Sorvino (this was also my first exposure to this fine actor). Paul plays this guy who's car dies in the middle of nowhere one night; so, he thumbs a ride, this really gorgeous young woman stops and picks him up. No sooner do they go along when she pulls a knife on poor Paul and persuades him to get in the back seat where she has her way with him. Then, she boots him out stark naked feeling totally used. Of course, the humor kicks in as he tries to press rape charges (I know, I know, it was the early 70s fercryinoutloud!...). The woman, of course, was played by Joanna Cameron who went to thrill young boys such as yours truly as the Mighty Isis.

... and now ya know... the REST of the stoRY...

10. Lauri Hendler, middle sister on "Gimme A Break!"
Lauri trivia: She did a "Three's Company" episode when she was very very small, like 4 or 5. She was also a frequent celebrity guest on game shows while a teenager, and invariably wiped up the floor with the grownup celebs! :bounce:

In fact I think you would be hard pressed to find many Lonnie takers over her in a "Mary Ann vs. Ginger" contest.

Apparently everyone watching that show had almost the same thing going on for the-- future Mrs. future Mr. Barbara Streisand.
