Was at my doctor's earlier....
and the last question on the form (new doc, so a ton of paper work), was "Did you find your last sexual experience enjoyable?" I was about to answer "no", but the next question was about erections, and in small print right below that was- "for our male patients only".
Screw you! I'm so sick of all the male "enhancement" products! And they're available by prescription! But, yet, women have to buy stuff from the drug store that may or may not work! I really hate being a second class citizen when it comes to sex. Any other ladies in agreement with me?

1. well, to be fair, ED can be a symptom of other (serious) problems
like prostate cancer.

2. Yes, yes, yes
I know and I'm not upset about that part. How often do you hear an ED drug being used for anything other than sex (in the commercials, anyway)?

3. oh, i totally agree with you on the ED drug thing.
except for those commercials where the guy jumps in the pool and his trunks fall off, and when he climbs out all the neighborhood ladies have that priceless look on their faces.

that one's pretty funny.

6. but hey, as long as we can give old white guys boners, who cares about
cancer, or Parkinson's, or AIDS, or any of the other diseases we could be directing research dollars to finde a cure for.

and don't even get me started about Restless Leg Syndrome. The damn commercial even says "It's a real disease"...which i'm glad they did, because i'm ready to call bullshit on that one.

7. My friend claims she has RLS
and swears by her meds for it! I can't help but laugh at her. "Hey, XXX< it wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that you're wound tighter than a top, would it?"

16. What's wrong with it being used for sex?
I mean, if a man finds himself, at a relatively later age, suddenly unable to do that most natural of human (and animal in general) acts , sex, why should he not be offered a remedy? I can imagine that such an experience could be quite detrimental to one's overall long term well being...Why not fix it if they can?

9. I hope I don't inspire the same shitstorms to come over into this thread.
Yes, I am aware of the devastating effects of ED. Do we really need to waste millions of advertising dollars on these cheesy ads, while birth control is still exceptionally taboo?

We get the point. Are you finished flaming me, questioning my editing of the OP, questioning my right to comment on ED drugs because of age, and lancing other posters into attack yet?

Edited to Add: (Not you, ceile. Semi-rhetorical questions.)

:eyes:

15. But one has to wonder
what percentage of men not enjoying their last experience is due to a medical problem, and what percentage of women not enjoying their last experience is due to a partner problem.
