Anyone Have Eyelash Trouble (serious, not a joke)?
All my life I've had trouble with eyelashes that grow directly into my eye. This ends up on me plucking my eyelashes, and then without the protection of my eyelashes matter falls into my eyes.

It seems that after years of going without having this problem, it's flared up again.

I once had a dr. tell me what it was that was affecting me, and it soon passed. It only returned a few months ago after being "ok" for years.

1. Have you ever heard of an eyelash curler?

They look vicious, but I have a neighbor who uses one. They crimp the eyelashes to make them turn up, and consequently, away from they eyeball. This is cosmetic equipment. Ask your mother if she knows about it. It may solve your problem.

P.S. This would not be an expensive thing to buy. Wild guess, it couldn't cost more than $10.

2. I use the blunt end of a butter knife and my thumb to
curl my eyelashes. It's a lot less complicated than the curlers, which often don't grab all of the lashes. I too have ultra straight but long lashes and have had to curl them back so they don't stab my eyeball and get into my eyes.

3. I have that problem occasionally
I either pluck it or use the eyelash curler. The curler works and is fairly easy to use.

5. A little more advice
The first time you use it, just curl the tips of your eyelashes. As you get more proficient, you can move towards the base of the eyelash. Make sure you don't have your eyelid in the curler. That hurts. A LOT!
