1. Alright! The Silver and Black is back! It's not really football without a
bunch of pointless and violent penalties! Go Raiders!

2. My guess is 2 games, though
I wouldn't be surprised if the NFL didn't suspend him and just fine him. I think he should be suspended at least 2 games.

6. So-you're saying four weeks for a blow to the head
but only two weeks for raiding the family jewels???

3. The Seahawk was Jerramy Stevens
One of the more notorious college players during his day.

He pled guilty to assault when he and an accomplice badly beat a man with a baseball bat.

Survived a rape allegation because it is believed that the 19 year old victim had been given a date rape drug and thus had no memory of the rape except waking up in an alley minus her panties.

Hit and run for crashing his pickup into a nursing home and fleeing the scene.

This current crop of Washington Huskies under Tyrone Willingham are a pretty boring bunch.

5. It was bizarre
I was amazed. The player who kneed Jerramy Stevens was brazen about it. Plus, I must live in a cave or something, but I've never seen a man deliberately knee another man in that area.

I was howling with laughter at the commentators. One of them said, "The Raiders are trying to bring back the intimidation of old," (or something like that,) and the other commentator said, "It's tough to intimidate when you're something like two and eight."

7. Reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Lisa picks the Raiders...
to win because they always cheat.

This prediction is then immediately followed by the announcer going "and on an extrememly suspicious play the Raiders win".
