AT&T DU'ers
Unfortunately I'm tied up in a contract with AT&T/NSA DSL formerly SBC/Yahoo so I just can't switch without paying a hefty fee, anyway since yesterday I have not been able to connect, I'm limited to maybe 30 mins at a time and the service is VERY slow and I'm just curious if any other DU'ers with AT&T/NSA are having the same problem.

1. Is that American Telephone & Telegraph/National Security Agency?
Did they finally formally merge ;-?

3. You got it!
They pretty much merged my personal information in the NSA's database and now they get to merge with Bellsouth :puke:

2. I haven't had that problem lately,
but that has happened to me in the recent past. It's extremely annoying.

5. I have AT&T
probably 3 or 4 times a year I run in to problems....I virus scan, spy ware scan , defrag and do all that computer cleaning stuff...reset the modem and then if i still have trouble I call them and ask if there is a problem in my area..if no they usually help me get it fixed. I live out in the boonies..by the amish so the phone system can sometimes suck...

6. I connect through the router so I can pretty much tell if its me or them
If you can reach your router setup page but if your router cant login to the dsl service its probably the ISP's fault. BTW since I've made this topic my service has gone down several times.
