Is this strange?
We have a governorship and a US House seat up for grabs here in Idaho. I am tense about both of those. However, the race that's making my stomach churn the most is Amy Klobuchar vs. Mark Kennedy for the US Senate seat being vacated by Mark Dayton (D-MN).

1. I have full confidence that she'll clean his clock.

3. Good!
I had a nice long talk with my daughter yesterday about the importance of voting. She moved back to Minnesota in September. She was nervous, but I'm calling her later to make sure she voted!

What are your thoughts on Hatch vs. Pawlenty?

6. That would be the race I'm worried about.
I'm hearing too much talk from liberals voting third party.

I'll be anxious all day for those results.

8. This isn't the race in which to be making a third party statement.
Not this year!

9. Exactly, but the vibe I'm getting from my college-age cohorts at school
is that alot of that demographic (the liberal portion, at least) is considering voting third party; and you know what happened when the college vote came out for Ventura, in force...

:scared:

I'll have a rock in my gut all day, about the gubernatorial race.

10. I distinctly remember...
I'd gone to bed early election night, and when I opened the front door the next day to get the paper, the screaming headline proclaiming Ventura's win jumped out at me.

12. It was the most bizarre thing I'd seen in politics in a long time.
And I was not too happy!

2. Please don't worry.
Amy Klobuchar is double digits ahead of Mark Kennedy. Amy is going to wipe the floor with him.

5. Hatch and Pawlenty are currently neck and neck, but
I think Hatch can bring the victory. Minnesota is finding its blue roots again. :hi:

7. Nothing would make me happier, seriously.
I'll definitely be watching the returns later.

11. Amy will trounce Screech

And Hatch should beat Pawlenty. Hatch has been up in the polls slightly pretty consistently lately.
