I'm thinking libertarians will become a Republican spoiler more and more if these big-deficit guys continue to hold power.

And for the record, I'M one of those traitors (not in MO, but still). I'm still registered Republican, and I may never vote for one again. What pushed me over the edge? The religious right, for one. I never liked being associated with them, but figured there was plenty of room for everyone in the party. Unfortunately, they don't feel the same way. They're pushing out all their moderate members, and will be left with a core of bitter bible thumpers.
