I am not surprised by these victories because I knew that it was about time that people all across the country grew tired of Bush Co's BS. I am so proud of the Dems in NC that won their races. Its about time.

4. I wish that Burr and Dole were both up for re-election.

I am so ready to kick them out. Liddy Dole is just a puppet for Bush Co - she does'nt give a damn about us here in North Carolina. And Burr is so blank - I think Easley should run for Senate or either Moore the current State Treasure.

As the Red Cross director, she was fine. But not representing NC in the Senate. :grr: And Burr? Fuggedaboutit... He's a total asshat. :mad:

And I had mentioned to my husband last week that Easley would be a great senator!!!! I gotta agree with you about Moore too---hadn't thought about him, but he would be really good. Since Easley can't run for governor again until after he sits out a term, Senator Easley has a nice ring to it... :toast: :woohoo:
