1. It's so odd that Republicans call us cowards and claim we 'surrender to terrorism,'

when it's R leaders who have really caved in to Al Qaeda. It was their party that decided the terrorists were just to strong for us to defeat without shredding our Constitution and casting aside our morals and values. It was Rs who (very rapidly) reached the conclusion that the America that had stood for 200+ years was unable to face this new threat, and that we had to give up our long-established principles to survive. Rs declared bin Laden the winner the moment they started blathering about the "post-9/11 mindset" as a distinct contrast to the American way of the previous two centuries. So really, who are the surrender-monkeys here?
