Lidia Bastianich makes me feel guilty every time I watch her show
Oh sure, you all think being Italian is all about our mob ties and drinking watered-down wine. But there is a dark side: the guilt when you see another Italian cooking. "Why aren't you in front of your stove, cooking for your family?" I see it in her eyes every time I watch her show!

Sorry, that's the best I can do. I own two of her cookbooks and they're worth every cent.

Well, I'm trying, but it's not working that well. At least Julia Child's show is now on. The guilt tripping has way slowed down :-)

I actually do not have either of her books, but her show is required watching in this house. I should check her books out of the library...
