Poll question: Where's the center?
The following thread contains some discussion about a big DU meet-up with various pleas from those in extremis that DU should meet in the center:

3. Yeah, well, that's the point around which the lower forty-eight
states could be balanced on your finger if you could cut out a sufficiently strong and sufficiently thin lamina of uniform areal density, assuming also that you have a pretty strong finger. But will the crowd think that's a good reason to travel there to party?

5. Other that the wall to wall assholes we have to try to defeat
every election, it's a pretty place. What with all the beautiful scenery and cheap prices for the most part. It would be the most economical and ecological choice. Don't you think? :hi:
