1. Well, to be accurate, she didn't throw the lap top at the senior,
she just tossd it out a window and it landed on the senior.

5. Accuracy aside - if you start throwing computers around in a casino,
it's more likely than not that you'll hit a senior citizen. I'm not giving her a pass just because she didn't mean to hit the woman. (Righteous condemnation is way more fun than being accurate... :))

3. oh, the irony
it's hysterical. I can't stop laughing...what are the odds of hitting an elderly woman in a wheelchair? I bet paparazzi the world over are loving this one.

7. Around a casino, the odds are pretty good.
People who work at the casino here in Halifax say their busiest days are when the pension checks arrive; we call the casino the Pension and Welfare Clawback Centre.

9. The odds are better than the odds for winning at a casino
that's for sure.

15. And the paparzzi can't take photos in the casino, right?a
If they could, that would be the photo of the century.

I'm kind of sorry there's no pictorial evidence, I'm not usually into that kind of thing, but that would have been a hoot!

I'd say the paparazzi really need to stop driving these people to the brink of madness.
Sometimes, enough is just enough.

I know, they want the spotlight for their careers and beg for pictures to be taken. But, they are people and sometimes, I can see how it could just be a little much. Living in LA, I've seen the paparazzi surrounding people who are with their kids simply shopping. The number of photographers and the chaos and the snapping lights is enough to drive even the most seasoned veteran of the red carpet over the edge.

This insanity led to the death of Princess Di as her car dangerously fled them. It's only a matter of time when someone else gets, at the very least injured, and at the worst, killed.

16. the celebs could stop them in their tracks if they were smart, though.
Simply take a moment or two and pose. I've heard that Gwyneth Paltrow does that and it works on two levels; the paprazzi are far less agressive and the fact that her photos are so easy to get makes the market for them go way down.

17. Growing up with parents in the business probably gave her that skill.
I also think it's a matter of maturity. By now, celebs should know that the worse they behave, the more fun they are for the paparazzi. And it doesn't excuse throwing a laptop. But, I can understand being drive over the top- especially if you're head maybe isn't quite as level as it could be.
