Anybody ever repair a rubber roof? Is Ames Elasto-Barrier good as it sounds?

Sounds like it's just the thing for what I need. It's rubber-based and sticks to rubber. I have a sunroom that leaks. It has a flat roof/deck on top. The leak is at the seam/flashing/border of the rubber near or at the wall (the rubber membrane over the roof seems intact). You can see a few spots along the edge where you can tell water penetrates, and patches have been attempted w/ typical roofing tar-type caulks. These things apparently can corrode the rubber, and don't stick to it over time.

Anyone ever use Ames products? I'd like an unbiased opinion before ordering their "Super Primer" and "Elasto-barrier".
