Lounge love request: I put an offer in on a house today.

It's as close to ideal as I'm going to get, sans Lotto winnings. Big yard for dogs, good sized house for same (and people). My offer is much lower than his asking, but he's an investor and I know exactly how much he has into it. I also know it's been on the market for several months. Were I he, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

My first home purchase...little bit scary.

If'n you don't want to do it for me, do it for the pups, pretty please?
