What is your perfect dinner? |

I mean, what you would serve if money and time were no object. Mine would be:
Salad of butter lettuce, "spring mix" greens, and chopped mint leaves Sesame tahini dressing, made with toasted sesame oil
Chicken breast slices mixed with mushrooms, in a yellow curry sauce
Basmati rice cooked in chicken broth and a tiny amount of brown sugar
Mixed vegetables (asparagus, zucchini, broccoli and baby carrots) steamed, and served with lemon butter and finely chopped pistachios
"Tres leches" cake with fresh raspberries and a tiny splash of amaretto
