Are you thinking about global warming, and the potential rise in sea level?
We do have a nice low range of hills between us and the ocean, as well...

I am not sure which point they are measuring from. We seem to live at one of the higher points in time. From three out of four directions, one must drive or walk up an incline to get to our house.
