If I create an "Internet Access Policy" under "Access Restrictions" that specifies a list of MAC addresses to allow access, shouldn't that be exclusive of all other MAC addresses? i.e. only the machines listed can access the network through the router. :shrug: :banghead:

Take a look... the policy neptune allows 24/7 access to a specified list of PCs by MAC address. Common sense tells me that should be exclusive of all other MACs, but that does not seem to be the case.

1. With that particular router,

you're better off creating a WPA key, rather than MAC filtering, but I digress.

The linksys setup is a bit confusing - that section is for access restricting certain computers - not for excluding others.... make sense? As in, my son's PC has no access after 10:00pm. Other PCs have no such restrictions.
