K-State over Texas! :woohoo:

I feel like breaking into a chorus of Oklahoma. "I've got a beautiful feeling. Everything's going my way!"

I should go buy a lottery ticket while I'm hot or something.

2. so hard to tell what that's about from the title
Packers are not having a good season, but this one's like a Superbowl win.

Hey wait a minute. You've ruined my streak, :argh: :banghead:

Unless my thread gets more views or replies. I could win this one in the 2nd half even though you were way ahead of me.

I apologize to Viking fans, but it feels good to win in this rivalry, especially since I grew up in Viking country when they were the Purple People Eaters.

6. Or football either, eh.
I watched and played so much football as a child, then got away from it. Then I had a girlfriend, of sorts, lure me back into it. I'm so wishy washy.

8. I like Curly Culp, used to play for the Houston Oilers
One time he and another Oiler sorta spun around Kenny Anderson and slammed into each other. The other guy got knocked out cold. Curly was like 3rd in the NFL arm-wrestling contest at that time.

I always thought fencing would be fun. I took a class in college, but sorta got intimidated by all the gear. I wasn't sure if it was provided or if I had to buy it. So I dropped the class. Odd that I could not have just asked.

10. I have a mixed marriage.
My wife is a Picker fan and I like the Vikes. Its always a lot of fun to go to a sports bar together. I wear my Viking jersey and she wears her Picker crap. Someone is always disappointed and today was my turn. She's a good sport and doesn't rub it in. We have a couple of long haired dachshunds and they wear the coller of the winning team.

11. I thought rubbing it in
was half the fun.

I actually like the Vikings. I became a fan of Tarkenton, and then two minute Tommy and Rashad and White and Chuck Foreman, and then Randall Cunningham and Cris Carter. Part of that was going to school for five years before cable TV became so ubiquitous. At the U of MN, all you will see are Viking games. But it's still fun to tease Viking fans.

My brother has a marriage like that. He's a Rams fan, she's a Bears fan. He's Lakers, she's Celtics. He said he predicted the Bears' loss to Miami and his room became an iceberg. They've gone to some Rams vs. Bears games, wearing their respective jerseys.

I would have a harder time with that, because I have never liked the Bears, at all - except for Sweetness and his fullback blocker who I think was an unsung hero.
