Microsoft has released a cool black Visual Style to celebrate Zune!
Whatever you think of the new brick from Microsoft, they released an awesome black visual style to go with it, here it is:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=75078

It'd be nice if the player could look as good as this visual style.

(A Visual Style is a theme which change the colors of your windows. To work it must be authorized by Microsoft, like the one they just released.)

1. I have to ask why in the world they didn't release this stuff back...
before they were starting off with Windows XP?

Why couldn't we have this cool stuff then?

2. The black style is VERY nice.
When you deal with companies sometimes it's better to get something late rather than never....

9. I guess, I think this shows why Microsoft is so bad...
I have dreamt of a black visual style for a while, however pathetic it may be. Black is goes with everything.

Oh well.

11. Yeah, black does tend to go with everything.
It also tends to add a sleek and elegant look to things when it has a sheen with it.

3. Post a screenshot.
I'm not going to just blindly install a visual style.

I'll stick with my FOURIMPRESSIONS visual style though.

6. I must admit I like the simplicity and minimalism of the styles.
Very nice indeed. :) Thanks for the heads up!

8. That is a perfect example of how not to work gradients.
Yikes. It looks better then Luna. But damn, subtle is key. Apple is guilty too.. Happy Halloween.

10. Funny, I'm so accustomed to looking at such gradients -- It's fine too me.
It may have something to do with the fact that I sometimes like to see things with a high visual contrast. But to each his or her own. :)
