5. But the puppy is cute AND adorable!

Anyhow.... with my luck, the puppy is a Newfoundland who tows Joe to safety whilst I drown!

22. "Sanctity of Human Life," a concept I've never really gotten.
Maybe it's because I really don't like PEOPLE very much and I love my dogs SO MUCH that I've forgiven the puppy for doing about $1000 worth of damage to furniture and rugs I can't afford to replace.

I think I would have killed one of the kids and cremated them in my Weber Kettle....

KIDDING!! (I think.)

25. And your point is? ;)
I don't prescribe to the idea that being human automatically elevates one to a higher state than being any other creature. That's just the human ego believing we're somehow superior.

6. Lieberman - I will choose to save a human over an animal in pretty much all circumstances
Anyway, any dog of mine had better be able to swim, and this would be a good learning opportunity...

9. Lieberman. In theory anyway, he's a human being.
But if they both drowned, I'd mourn the loss of the puppy for longer.

10. Since Lieberman's full of hot air...
he'd make an excellent floatation device, which I'd use to paddle out and rescue the puppy. After that, Lieberman can use his Jomentum to make it back to shore on his own.

Whereas the puppy has so much life and promise ahead of it.

It's God's will that the puppy be saved.

20. since only one of the two has a soul,
Joe will have fend for himself as I rescue the puppy who is more likely to be loyal and appreciate it.

Both of them should be able to dog paddle themselves to safety anyway. If not then I'd still save the puppy but maybe throw joe a life preserver.

Although we can't verify it by his actions.
