SUPERSTAR Britney Spears is facing a mega divorce payout because she did it again and again and again...on a HONEYMOON sex video. Dumped husband Kevin Federline has been touting the four-hour tape for sale and has already been offered £26 MILLION. A film company wants to make it available online to fans around the world.

One close pal said: "This vid is dynamite and Kev knows it." And the News of the World can also reveal that Britney slapped divorce papers on Federline—who had already been linked with hookers—after she caught him in a bedroom with another woman.

Britney, 24, fears the raunchy footage will destroy her wholesome image unless she caves in to his demands for a £16million payoff and custody of their children Sean Preston, one, and Jayden James, eight weeks. She is worried she will become infamous like Paris Hilton —whose home-made sex video, was put on the internet by her ex and became one of the world's most popular sites.

For starters, everyone except Britney saw this guy as a scumbag from day 1. C'est la vie, she's an adult, and that was her choice. But what happens? We get to the end of the trail and he pulls a stunt like this. He didn't care about the mother or kids from the first marriage (he left her for Britney while she was carrying the second one), so it's sad and disgusting but it doesn't stop me from asking the question "How could she not see this coming?"

i doubt she signed away the rights for the use of her image, so i don't know the legalities of kfed being able to sell this tape legally without her permission, that is for them, their attorneys, and the courts to decide

but crap making a sex tape is a pretty normal part of being young and in love, if you don't even trust the man you just married, you might as well shoot yourself now, because your careful life is the living definition of hell on earth

now, me, i wouldn't have married the toy boy in the first place but we've got to assume she actually loved the man she chose to marry and father her children, at least before he made it plain that he was only with her to make a buck

it is very hard at that level of celebrity and economic earning level for a woman to find an equal who isn't just out to grab her dollars, realistically, it probably wasn't ever going to happen, hell even a smart woman like reese witherspoon is getting divorced

what we need to do is stop teaching young women that if they're in love they need to run and out get married, a high income woman needs to be realistic about just exactly what she needs a man for -- she DOESN'T need him in her finances just because she loves him, the world does not work that way

I agree. The fairy tale stuff is just insane, especially where the breeding impulse and lust are concerned. I think her mistake was she believed in fairy tales and love at first site and all that. And someone that young can't be told anything. I think that this whole thing is extremely unfortunate. Whatever their marital problems and however rich she is it's a shame that she's having her life destroyed to the extent that it is. No one deserves that. I'm glad she at least has her children to console her. I don't think this video will hurt her career, really...though I have never seen any of those 'celebrity sex videos' so I don't know if that messes with your head to have those images in your mind every time you see a celebrity. I think she should just let him do it, that way it will look really really bad for him in court. It's funny how on that reality show they kept talking about how her bodyguards couldn't stand K-fed at first and one of them almost beat him up once because they thought he was just along for the ride. I've always thought from the beginning he was lying about his feelings for her...some interview they did on one of those shows where they were going on about how much they loved each other and you could just tell that he was lying and didn't really mean it.

you can't legally produce a porno without getting signed releases from the people in the video

yes, yes, you say, paris hilton, but i think anyone who stops and thinks about it knows that paris hilton authorized that video that got out by way of her boyfriend, it made her as a celebrity and was her only option to stand out in a crowd of other heiresses, it was not something that just happened against her will

i don't see how you can assume the video is gonna be released, it would be pretty stupid of kfed to do this, the damages he could potentially owe to britney could wipe out not just what he is paid for the video but everything he could potentially earn for the rest of his life ever

now if this is just one more of those two's publicity stunts, yeah, then it will get out, with the intent of getting britney back off the has-been circuit and back into the headlines, i wouldn't put it past them to go that route

he states that kfed can sell the film because it's "his" film which is utterly ridiculous

everyone who has ever sold a sex film knows that you have to jump through the hoops to provide the releases from all actors in the film

if you are missing one signature and have no proof that that person in the film agreed to its distribution, you're screwed, you can't sell or distribute that film

the whole story is bogus and almost reads like a puff piece to hype the film

if it gets out, it will only be because behind the scenes britney is giving permission for it to get out there in hopes of profiting from a more sexual image just as paris hilton did

She did a lot of good after Katrina, and I just can't hate her the way some people do just because a lot of silly kids bought her CDs. She's just a young woman betrayed by her husband and stuck with two kids and a bad case of spousal jackassedness. Happens all the time where I grew up. The only real difference between Britney's travails and those of, say, my sister, is that when the jackass deadbeat husband leaves, Britney has a lot more cash than my sister.
