My son invited me to go play poker w/ him on Wednesday night--should I go? |

Now, I'm actually very tickled that he wants to do something w/ me. It's been a while since we did anything together.
But this is the first time he's going to this particular game, and I wonder what the other guys will think if he brings his mother.
Should I let him go alone this time, and take him to dinner on Thursday night instead?

2. Just think how embarassing it would be for him... |
|
...if you take him to the cleaners. :D

3. It's nice of him. But it sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. |

4. Do they need another person? |
|
No, I'm not volunteering to go. He might have asked because they need a certain number to be able to play. I think he may look like a loser if he brings his mommy to the game and he doesn't know them very well.
