In his day, Frank Langella was a major turn on. The same was true of his Dracula. Drool, slobber, slobber.

13. The Sound of Music, baby.
Liesl was such a babe. I mean, whoa... I was a kid when I first saw it and I was blown away by her. I had a baby-sitter that looked just like her. The first time she leaned over and kissed me good night I almost passed out; it was like everything went black for a few seconds.

14. this is exactly
what I thought would happen. What turns us on is not the extraordinary but the ordinary that becomes for us the extrordinary.

18. well i didn't used to be embarrassed by it
movies have become so much more conservative, i have to admit, that one of my favorite naughty scenes in a movie was when rosellini rapes maclaughlin at knife-point in blue velvet -- and he kind of likes it -- hey, it's fantasy, not documentary or social commentary, ya know?

anyway, seeing it again in the early 2000s with a conservative friend i suddenly realized that, crap, he is sooooo not liking what he is seeing

ever since, i have noticed more and more, how little sex there is in most movies compared to the 70s/early 80s -- and especially how little kinky sex, for instance, let's be honest, brokeback mountain was about two basically normal guys in a repressive culture, think you and me trying to get it on in iran if we were married ... to different people, it's an interesting story, but it is NOT kinky

so much about movies in the 70s and a bit into the 80s was about the kinky!
