Republican Values--what do you call it when you have a two-word
phrase such as this when it is impossible for the two words, when put together, to make any sense. I can't think of the name. You know, the examples everyone gives are military intelligence, catholic university...

6. I always used to forget palindrome when I needed it. Of course, when I /didn't/ need it, it would
spring to mind immediately. I have no idea why it would spring to mind when I didn't need it, but it did.
