tell them the person isn't there and can i take a message, and it's almost like they don't believe me and start to cop an attitude. like i work for THEM. "what time can i reach them?"

how the fuck do i know, is it my job to keep my sister's schedule? i told them "gimme your name and number and i will give her the message."
