My best friend had to put her dog to sleep a few days ago, I am thinking of
buying her a stuffed toy dog I found. The stuffed dog looks a lot like her dog, should I buy it and give it to her.

I think it will help but I don't want her to feel worse then she does now.

1. That would freak me out
Speaking as someone who put their dog to sleep 18 months ago. One thing I do enjoy though is a portrait of my dog that was done by a local artist who worked from photographs. Maybe someone in your area does something similar

3. A good idea.
I will have to get my hands on a picture of the dog.

She is still in tears. I have been there myself.

I just wished she would have adopted a second dog, it would of be easier to deal with the death of this dog.
