What is the deal with OJ Simpson's latest book?
 Is it just all about the money?

Why the hell would he be writing a book about how he possibly killed his own wife?

It seems incredibly dishonorable, not to mention distasteful and offensive.

Yuck.

What the hell is he thinking??

Does he actually think people will respect him more??

Gawd, whatta world....:eyes:

1. He's an idiot who needs to fade away
I can't imagine why he even thought this was a good idea.

I feel so sorry for his kids.

4. FAUX has an exclusive interview with Simpson; that may be what
you've heard.

Regan Publishing is a bizarre little imprint of HarperCollins. Mostly what they publish is sensationaliastic drivel, but they also are Wally Lamb's publisher. Judit Regan is, well, creepy, IMHO, but what do I know?

FWIW, I'm a book buyer for a library.

6. He'll make money
it's that simple. I hope he doesn't and that no one buys it. I hope if it does make money, the families get it.

9. Well, we all wrote OJ off a long time ago
But what about his enablers? They could easily have gone about their lives without getting involved in this horror. Something's wrong with the FCC if Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" costs a million-dollar fine but this nonsense is aired on TV without even a wrist slap. We shouldn't see a woman's breast for a few seconds but we can hear how a guy would've brutally murdered his wife and her friend if he had actually done it. Wink, wink. Nudge, nudge. :puke:

11. Google "Judith Regan" and be afraid. Very afraid.

She's the publisher behind this nightmare.

A good introduction to her machinations can be found in pot #4--"FAUX has and exclusive interview, etc"

12. You would have to be incredibly insensitive to have
murdered in the first place, especially in the fashion he did.He thought he was going to make a wad of money and thumb his nose at the law one more time, but what he did was confess. What a sicko (and a simpleton).

It ain't the world Shine, it's the few people like him.

13. How absolutely disrespectful to his children
I know he doesn't care about the Browns or the Goldman's but how could he sensationalize the murder of his children's mother even more. I hope they HATE him.

14. It's just disgusting.
I dismissed OJ as inhuman a long time ago.

But this is too much. Don't these people realize that associating with him is evil?

At least the NY Daily News called it right on their front page today. Every now and then they do something right.
