One thing, regardless of brand, all of it is $h!t-high in cholesterol. :(

Tastes good, but all the amino acids are there and that saves me on those uber-expensive pills GNC would charge for... (I bought EAS chocolate flavored...)

5. Does Costco require membership?
That's less than a third of the price GNC would charge me.

The GNC's not too high in cholesterol, though. 30 mg a serving. I could get more than that in a couple hardboiled eggs.

6. Yes...
But the cost of membership is just about matched... and as one needs more than one package, the net savings are incredible.

If there's no costco, I have no qualms using sams club.

30mg isn't bad either; the stuff I use has 65mg. :hurts:
