Tell me...what are your plans for tonight
or have you already accomplished any immediate goals you may have set for yourself?

Inquiring (and bored) minds want to know.

1. My plans for tonight.......
Noodling about here in the Lounge, my home...

Tending to my thread...

And working sporadically on my story for my creative writing class...

Have you heard yet how yours did?

And of course, moderating as needed!

Nope...not a peep.
Too soon, anyway.

Sounds kinda like what I'm doing, though. Except I'm not working at anything except my job...and there's precious little of that to do tonight. Hence the boredom.

Four whole football games. Yay. Still waiting on one score. Yippee.

And Bonehead's s'posed to go in tomorrow and talk to the manager. Seems she was in Limon when all this happened (he did say she was out of town when he came in on Monday and all this started) and it was the assistant manager who did it.

Both of those teams have been eliminated. The only local team we still had (tonight, at least) was Fountain-Fort Carson and they got...well...stomped. 40-9.

Waiting for a single score from Denver is Not my idea of a fun evening (and it's in now, by the way...that would've been Fort Collins 47, Bear Creek 32).

but it was a singer-songwriter show and I STILL have laryngitis, so I was planning to take my daughter to a movie (she has two passes to see "Stranger Than Fiction"). But she had a pretty rough day at school and was tired, so she went to bed early. (She always tries to rest up when she's with me. I think she's really comfortable here. :-) ) So, I'm having a wee beverage, watchin some TV and hanging in the Lounge. Piano for a couple of hours later.

71. I think that, rather than forgiveness
(although that would be nice) I'd look for understanding and someone who can, even if they can't forget the past, let it go.

What's done is done. Sometimes you just have to let it go and either forgive and move on or not.

68. Finish ripping all my CDs to my external hard drive
I bought an external hard drive for my laptop last week because my music was taking up too much room on my hard drive, and during the initial process of copying all my music over, it got erased (some 450 albums' worth) ! Thankfully, I have all the original CDs so I've been copying them one by one... and I'm almost finished. Almost.

77. At least it sounds productive
and y'know...sometimes (when I'm in the right mood), I love going through things like that, things that I haven't heard in a long time.

80. It's like writing a thesis...
Very tedious and boring at times but you get a real sense of accomplishment once it's finished.

84. Yup...
but there must be 'aha!' moments, too.

69. Husband is at school. I'm making cranberry sauce and lefse...
and after the kids go to bed, I will either watch a Tivo'd show ("The Deliberate Stranger" or last night's Heroes) or I'll read.

As an alternative, I suppose I could hang out here instead! ;)

78. Now, if you ask me...
I think that last sounds like fun. Wish I could. I've got a TON of baking to do tonight and tomorrow night.

70. LOL!! Why aren't you in the kitchen baking??
:D seriously, that list of yours was pretty ambitious.

My plans for tonite are hangin' with my 10 yr old dtr and watching some cute family movie rentals. The hubby and son will be out with the boys watching a ski movie. We'll probably order some takeout, since I'm too lazy to make dinner.

Tomorrow is a school holiday, so the kids can stay up late.

79. I'm not in the kitchen baking
because, since I posted that list, I got selected for jury duty. Wunnerful.

I started doing some of it on Sunday, though...got the cheese balls made and the quick breads. Tonight is sausuage balls and pie crusts and the cheesecake and the olive-stuffed cheese balls. I forget what else...

Right now I'm at work but I'm going to try and get done early.

Hopefully we'll be finished tomorrow in time for me to get back to the baking.

I WILL get it done.

I will.

81. I would like
to point out that in the scores I gave you last week, I DID have all the digits correct, just badly transposed. :D

( I didn't notice that until just now...)

:hi:

Have fun with the rest of your baking.

85. True...just not the scores
I was waiting on.

And somehow...the transposing thing is frowned upon, y'know?

88. But damn, you asked that THREE days ago, and the thread is still up. Not fair!
You KNOW I can't remember anything that happened more than about an hour and a half ago.

89. I don't know who kicked it,
but I haven't been here since then.

And, for the record, esteenkin' plans are WAY overrated.

Unless, of course it's my baking schedule...this week, that's sacred...
