Kevin Federline is planning use the highly publicized parenting mistakes made by Britney Spears when he sues for sole custody of their two children. Reports hint that his attorneys will argue that Britney is an unfit mother and cite the times when she drove with their infant son in her lap and another time when she drove with him facing the wrong direction in a child seat. His attorney says:

"Kevin feels he is a great parent and acting solely in the best interest of his children. He's not doing this for the money. Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to protect and safeguard the children and will not be dissuaded or intimidated from the pursuit of these goals."

IMDb goes on to mention that Kevin has two other kids, and he never tried to get custody of them. And he doesn't pay child support. And he's a stoned white-trash poser. So, basically, if Britney's lawyers loose this, they should be ripped apart by horses. All they need to do is show up in court with three pictures: one of Sean Preston, one of a duck and one that's just the color red. Then ask Kevin to point out his son. You know what, fuck it, give him three chances to pick out his son. He'll still fuck it up. I guarantee he chooses the duck twice.
