2. Yeah, it's sad that he died...
but I doubt it will give Michigan enough of an emotional boost to beat the #1 team in the country and the highest scoring defense in the country and most versatile QB in the country - IN Columbus, with the national championship on the line.

Remember, this is a Michigan team that allowed Ball State to score 26 points just two weeks ago.

Seems unlikely. But you never know...

6. the big question is whether OSU will be dropped to #2 after today's loss
...or if they will drop even further to #3. :)

9. Ha Ha..
Well....I for one would love to see a rematch of these two in the national championship, but I suspect the loser of this game will drop below Florida and USC (unless USC loses, which I hope they do - I live in Los Angeles and HATE USC!!!).

8. I confess my reply was completely based on emotion. I don't follow
college football. :ignoramus: But I do think such a thing can spur an inferior team to great feats. We'll see.

PS I had a college prof who kept a buckeye on his desk. :)

16. I loathe than man.
Truly--I think the only reason he still has a job is because so many people love to throw popcorn and shoot darts at the TV when he's on, thus increasing viewship. :/

17. Don't know if this is true or not,
but I read somewhere that a group of betters each ponied up about $100 or so at the beginning of the season, and they only place bets AGAINST Corso's pick, spread be damned.

They have made a lot of money this year. :)
