5. Ha. Ha. It doesn't.
No towing with this baby. I plan to only allow very clean people to sit in it.

6. Sigh. I wish. I'm bypassing NYC this year and heading upstate
to my brother's for the holiday.

Next time for sure!

9. Dress warm and have fun!
:hi:

I'll be in Syracuse and then Ithaca for Thanksgiving. I have no idea where I'll end up for Christmas/New Years.

8. Aw, thanks.
I figured it was going to be my last minivan, so why not get what I want.

My husband, who is a GOD BTW, didn't even really ask about it, but he loves it. He kept bugging me to get it and I'm so happy I did.

Funny thing though, a lot of my peers are ditching the minivans in favor of SUVs. I get pretty good mileage with the other van, and I just love the family friendliness factor.

I'm thrilled. Nicest car I've ever owned.

10. I need a diety for a spouse.
I still love my 1994 Infiniti, but I know I'll have to ditch it eventually. The guys at the oil change place could tell just by looking at the engine that it's been well-maintained (new head gasket and motor mounts, for example). I'd like to get to 200k or 250k. It's got 132k now. By then, maybe my diety of a spouse will let me have a BMW (I'd even buy a gently used one). ;)

12. My friend drives a 1994 Infiniti.
Loves it. She says it is the most reliable car they have ever owned.

Got it an auction for a song about 8 years ago and it is still going strong.

Her daughter drives it as well and my friend is so glad to have her in a reliable, safe car.

13. I bought this one from my mom.
She has a newer I-30 (maybe I can buy that one from her when she trades it in ).

15. I wish I had kept my mom's Camry when she passed four years ago.
Edited on Sat Nov-18-06 03:12 PM by Midlodemocrat
I just bought my daughter a 2004 Camry, but mom my had a 2001 Camry which would have been fine for her to use and was already paid for. *sigh*

16. I've bought one new car. All my others have been bought from my parents.
I'm no fool. Car payments suck. :)

11. Good to hear.
I heard the Town and Country minivans have been very good for years. My co-worker has one and loves it.

My dad's been the biggest Chrysler devotee for decades. Won't buy anything else.
So, not surprisingly, I'm getting a Dodge Caliber (4-door hatchback with good mileage. And a sunroof.)

14. I had been looking at Odysseys, but Honda isn't dealing right now.
This van had an automatic $4500 cash back and then I got them to take an additional $4000 off.

The Caliber is a great looking car! I bet you'll love driving it. I mean, if we have to haul people around, we might as well by comfy, no?

My new van has a sunroof, too. And DVD for the kiddies.

17. Oh yeah.
I've been getting enough grief from my friends, who see my two-door Colt, and groan' cause they
have to get in the back seat.

*blinks* Oops. I thought you had replied to me originally. That's why I jumped in here (Does that make any sense?)

I'm getting a new car soon, too. (Not a minivan, though)
But it's not here yet. :(

Congratulations. :bounce:
