8. Stoneyfield Farms is terrific stuff.
I go mainly with peach, blueberry and strawberry fruit on the bottom flavors. I have one right after working out in the morning.

3. Yogurt is about the only milk product I enjoy.
I eat organic goat yogurt that we buy from an independent producer in Indemini. Them vanilla is delicious and made with _real_ vanilla beans. YUM!

4. Brown Cow is fabulous
Brown Cow yougurt is so good I've driven 30 miles to the nearest Whole Foods just to buy it. Lemon Zest is my favorite flavor but the blueberry is also yum.

6. My standard lunch is
plain yogurt, berries, and granola.

The plain yogurt is either Trader Joe's or Mountain High. The berries are frozen, either from TJ's or Costco (I put them in the morning and they thaw by lunch time). The cereal is either Kashi Go Lean Crunch or something similar -- I add some nuts too. I keep the cereal separate and add it just before I eat it.

This is my solution to overly sweet or fake sweetened yogurts -- not that I never eat those. This works out to be cheaper and I really do like it.

7. When I was a youngster -- hated it.
Now that I'm older -- love it! My taste in flavors changes all the time, but my recent favorite is pina colada. :9
