5. Yeah...
As you may know, I work for an airline company...but not Continental (though I did many years ago). So, it's fair to say it's made the rounds. I would worry, though, if I was the Continental employee who "leaked it" (no pun intended) because that would be grounds for immediate termination.

6. Sounds like a pretty bad experience...
But, I do fly a lot and (I guess I'm just lucky) I've never had to erect a "stink shield"!
