Yes, I returned. Yes, I could have stated why better. Yes, I thought long and hard about it.

Any argument needs a reason. Not empty or petty emotion. And it was that sort of juvenile potty that I reacted to in the first place. The difference is, I react. I don't instigate. And when I post my beliefs, based on my experiences and observations and not petty talking points from any source, I respond to those who are petty accordingly.

And I respect don't fuck around with me and I've said that before to those who have nothing better to do than to be little trolls. And I will not let such petty people have me crying and running out the door. I'm too grown up for that. The question is, will the petty people do their part and learn how to converse like adults instead of pissing on everybody who has a different viewpoint?

If you have nothing better to do than to point out what's obvious (I'm back) and be sarcastic about it, then, and forgive me on this, STFU.

Yes, I threatened to leave before. Yes, I did take breaks. Last time I just let it slide off and was forgiving. This time it was for a far different, external reason (also an obvious one but you're not going to look or care and I refuse to spell everything out). If it wasn't for that I would have been gone. If you really want to know, ask. But I've said all that before too. Don't cherrypick posts and specific lines wihtout the context. We're not FOX news here...

P.S. Admins - if you think I should have kept my word, there is one thing you can do to appease the naysayers. You run the site, you have final decision. I will accept it accordingly, it was solely the surprise outpouring that compelled me to return. DU is too nice a place, I genuinely had no idea I was liked that much, and there will always be certain people in this world who will not like me. (in essence, and as suggested, I am learning to use the 'ignore' button and am giving up my previous mindset of 'everyone has a point'. Sometimes some don't. :( And for others, their true colors show off too quickly for their own good.)
