So, how much milk should I add to my instant mashed potatoes?

The recipe calls for margarine (I use butter instead), salt, water and milk. I think I want more milk than is called for in the recipe, correct? :shrug:

1. Yes, you do. Even better, half and half. And don't forget the garlic that you

should have sauteed slowly and long so it's creamy like roasted garlic (or just cooked in the water with the potatoes).

You didn't do that?

Ah, well, just some extra white pepper then, and a quarter teaspoon of curry powder (really!).

Why is it 1 1/3 cups of water and a lousy 1/4 cup of milk? :shrug:



Oh, and I just use garlic salt because I'm lazy.
