11. I know that's true for an actual quotation.
Is it also true when the quotations are merely indicating that a word is being referenced as a word rather than for its meaning?

14. Well, when I worked at a newspaper 10 years ago, the assistant editor insisted that
everything goes in the quotation marks, except for a very few rare exceptions. She was hired for her experise in English, so I trusted her.

17. I have it figured out.
I save my daily two glass allotment (per latest recommendation), and have eight glasses twice a week. I sure love Sundays and Thursdays!! :)
