When I was a kid in northcentral Montana, my dad used to get my brother and me up on cold winter nights to go out and look at them.

Horsehead nebula is also quite a looker.

I'm currently a telephone pest ("Did you take a cruise, or a cruise plus land tour? Which of these five cities did you visit?"). It is the kind of job that gets boring after a while, saying the same things over and over to people.

Way back in Olympia, I published OtherWise. It was my excursion into the realm of science fiction zines. Good times. (The nom de plume I use started as the main character's name, and I liked it enough to keep the name going after the zine itself was defunct. My real name is tremendously ordinary.)
