"Giblet" is a gross word.
Don't get me wrong, i love me some turkey, but the word giblet makes me shudder.

:scared: And "giblet gravy" is even worse.... :yoiks: I'm not a gravy eater---I never have been. And that phrase just makes it that much worse...

7. I would be totally fine with giblet gravy if it didn't
involve gizzards. Yuck. As someone who worked in a poultry processing plant for several years, I have seen what comes out of gizzards. It ain't pretty. They might as well be a second stomach. Ewwwwwww.

12. I know it is sooooo good
I once saw it sold on it's own. I couldn't find it this year though :( I had to buy canned mushroom gravy (blech)
