"Tomtom - affordable car navigation for everyone."

Yeah. $500. Affordable for whom?! I love to take road trips and wouldn't mind having this, but I think I'll continue to rely on maps - you remember maps, bound into big books or folded like accordions?

Your want-it-don't-need-it gadget?

Never had one, so I don't miss it. But sometimes I wish I had one for warming up my coffee. ;-)

2. A PDA, Blackberry, gadget of that kind.
It would be sort of cool to tinker around with, but totally unnecessary for me, and anyhow I'd lose it or drop it in the toilet or something dumb like that.

8. Wireless keyboard and mouse
I'd like to be able to use my computer while I was working out on my bike trainer; for those times when an MP3 player, TV, VCR and DVD player don't provide enough distractions
