3. To be honest...there are photos like this (not as stunning) of me on
my wedding day... Looking out the front window of my little house. It was the best decision I ever made and I was just thinking about the day ahead when the picture was taken. :hi:

According to sources, the couple has signed a prenuptial agreement, given that Holmes has more or less given her career up after meeting the Mission: Impossible star. Under the agreement, the actress and her daughter Suri are entitled to a US$14.7 million settlement if the couple separate. This figure would rise to US$25.7 million in the event of a divorce. That doesn't mean Cruise can stay in the marriage and be a love cheat. Each indiscretion will cost the actor US$5 million under the prenup.

9. She and Tom were already married when those pics were taken
From what I heard they married in LA before even leaving for Italy. She couldn't have changed her mind if she wanted to at the point those pics were taken.
