5. There once was a TV show called Monster House

They used to do stupid shit to people's houses--one I remember, a coupla people whose lives revolved around their eternally spoiled children had the Monster House crew turn their entire home into Chuck E. Cheese.

9. Enjoyed it VERY much.

I caught it during its theater release, with my 7-year-old nephew. His choice. But I ended up being just as engrossed with it as he was. Really impressive animation -- the best I've ever seen -- and a clever story. Not to mention, funny: "It mocks us with its...house-ness."
