Anybody flying out of LAX today?

The 405 has been closed, near the airport, due to traffic accidents (what's new, right?). This looks pretty bad, though, so I thought I'd give you a heads-up!

1. I had to pick someone up at the airport last night, and even then it was bad.

This is some of the worst airport traffic around here I've seen in a long time.

3. Oh dear god.

I'm not leaving L.A. for Thanksgiving...and perhaps that's what I should be thankful for!

I took a friend to the Burbank airport last night and the traffic was AWFUL (in BURBANK!). That airport only has about 10 gates, for pete's sake.

Meanwhile, I was expecting a semi-decent drive into work today. The Valley into Downtown on the 101...at noon. It was worse than Monday mornings at 8 am. Horrid. Ugh.
