2. "Pillow Talk" and "Lover Come Back" are two of my
favorite movies. So much tongue-in-cheek humor; she, Rock Hudson and Tony Randall were great together. She was a true friend to Rock Hudson, too - early career and later when he was struggling with AIDS, getting so much attention because of it.

And as you said, quite an animal-welfare supporter, too.

Some may nay-say her because I think she's known as a Republican, but heck - I don't really have (m)any problems with old-style, Eisenhower republicans... not anywhere near as virulent and nasty as neocons...
